Dr. Allan Isaac is the president of Rivers of Living Water Ministries International Inc. and functions as the Apostle of Rivers of Living Water Christian Centre. He received the call of God to preach and teach the gospel at the age of fifteen and has worked faithfully with the Lord for the past 33 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion (C.W.C. Barbados W.I.), a Master’s degree in Theology (Zoë University), AD. Min. degree, a PhD degree in Religious Studies (Friends International Christian University), and various other diplomas and certificates. Apostle Dr. Isaac has been travelling extensively throughout the Caribbean, South, Central, and North America conducting crusades, seminars and conferences.

He also lectures for Haggai Institute in Singapore and Maui, where he teaches leaders from approximately thirty countries. Dr. Isaac is also the Administrator, Dean, and Senior Lecturer of World Impact Bible Institute, a two-year bible college, now connected to Rivers of Living Water Ministries International.

Apostle Isaac and his wife Debbie lead Rivers assisted by Elders, Pastors, and Ministers. The Isaacs are blessed with two sons, two daughters, and a nephew.
